Senior Category Growth Manager – Fashion & Beauty

We are looking for a Senior Category Growth Manager for Fashion, Beauty and Jewelry, to fully own and scale one of our most strategic categories within our Buy Now, Pay Later ecosystem.

This is a true end-to-end category ownership role. You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth across both sides of the marketplace — expanding the merchant network and accelerating customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue within the Fashion & Beauty vertical.

You will lead category strategy, execution, commercial performance, and cross-functional alignment to ensure strong P&L performance and long-term category success.




Key Responsibilities

Category Ownership & Strategy

  • Define and execute the Fashion, Beauty and Jewelry categories growth strategy.

  • Own the full P&L, including revenue targets, margin management, and pricing strategy.

  • Identify white spaces, growth opportunities, and competitive positioning within the category.

Merchant Network Growth

  • Drive merchant acquisition and activation within the Fashion, Beauty and Jewelry categories.

  • Build strategic partnerships with key brands and retailers.

  • Strengthen merchant performance through joint business planning and commercial initiatives.

Customer Growth & Funnel Optimization

  • Develop initiatives to grow the customer base within the category.

  • Optimize the end-to-end customer funnel (awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, repeat usage).

  • Improve category penetration, frequency, and average order value.

Sales & Partnerships

  • Lead commercial negotiations and partnerships with top-tier and local fashion and beauty brands.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales to deliver merchant pipeline targets.

  • Structure win-win commercial agreements aligned with long-term value creation.

Marketing/Seasonal Calendar Management

  • Own the Fashion & Beauty marketing calendar in coordination with Marketing.

  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotional activations, and peak events.

  • Ensure strong visibility and performance during key retail moments.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Risk, and Product to ensure seamless execution.

  • Translate insights into actionable initiatives that improve category performance.

  • Monitor operational performance and continuously enhance merchant and customer experience.

Data & Performance Management

  • Track KPIs across revenue, take rate, customer acquisition, merchant growth, and profitability.

  • Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous optimization.




Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in category management, business development, growth, or commercial roles.

  • Experience in Fashion, Retail, Fintech, or Consumer Finance is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of owning revenue targets and driving measurable growth.

  • Strong commercial acumen and P&L ownership experience.

  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
