We are seeking a results-driven Senior Merchant Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in merchant acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating our merchant network growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-potential partners. You’ll play a key role in shaping our merchant strategy, nurturing lasting relationships, and ensuring the successful integration of merchants into our platform.
Identify and engage potential merchants across various sectors
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to promote our services
Develop and implement targeted acquisition strategies to drive growth
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline merchant onboarding
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
Minimum 3 years of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or partnerships
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding acquisition goals
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
